The Ripple Effect: A Tribute to Justin Kilcullen.

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the passing of Justin Kilcullen. Justin’s unwavering dedication, sage advice, and exceptional leadership significantly impacted civil society organizations’ efforts toward a people-centered approach to development for over a decade. Serving as co-chair of the CSO Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (CPDE), Justin’s influence and wisdom were pivotal since the landmark Busan conference in 2011. Beyond his professional achievements, Justin was known for his kindness, compassion, and commitment to justice. Justin was not only a colleague but also a dear friend to many. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Justin will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
