This is a regional study on innovative approaches to creating opportunities and incorporating the youth in labour markets in the East African region.
Supported by the international Development Research Centre, the study is being undertaken in Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. It is intended to generate insights into the problem of youth unemployment in the region and identify lasting solutions to the problem.
Women activists have been asked to form an organized front to advocate for their causes other than having several voices speaking differently.
